Red lentil soup: Ingredients: 200 gr Red lentils, 1 cube of vegetable broth, 2 onions, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tablespoons oil, croutons, parsley and salt. Preparation: Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat, fry chopped onion in it for 8-10 minutes, add lentils, vegetable broth, tomato paste and water. Salted and cook to cook the lentils.
